Disability Insurance

All CCSD employees have the option to enroll in our Short Term Disability (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD) plans.

If you become disabled and cannot work, your first line of defense is your sick leave. Once your sick leave is used up, STD benefits begin and are payable for up to 90 days. If you are out longer than 90 days, our LTD plan pays benefits until age 65.
