Login Information
You can log in to the Clarke Benefits Portal or the State Health website any time. However, you can only make changes during Open Enrollment or if you have a Qualifying Event.

Username: your 5-digit employee ID number
Password: last 4 digits of your Social Security Number + 8-digit birth date
Example: SSN of 555-66-1234 + birth date of March 25, 1980: 123403251980
District: clarke

If you have never logged into the system before, click REGISTER and use the code SHBP-GA.
If you have logged in before, you will need to log in with the User ID and Password you created when you last accessed the system.
If you cannot remember your password, use the “forgot” links on the login screen, or call 1-800-610-1863.
